CASRA member agencies are private non-profit organizations that serve clients of the public mental health system. These agencies provide rehabilitation and support services to adults with serious and/or persistent mental illness. CASRA member agencies employ social rehabilitation principles in the design and delivery of services.

Governmental and for-profit providers are encouraged to join the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association. In joining USPRA you become a member of the California Chapter and are entitled to CASRA member rates at conferences and when purchasing educational materials.
