The rich cross training and the ability of staff at all levels to share proven techniques in organized forums and informal venues adds to the overall sense of unity in mission that is the cornerstone of all CASRA activities. Through reinforcing core values, sharing common beliefs, and offering mutual support, individuals and organizations find strength and renewal.

- At the Executive Director/CEO level, CASRA facilitates semi-annual meetings where agency leaders come together to share solutions to common concerns. - CASRA hosts a list-serve for Human Resource staff to network and share resources and best practices.
- CASRA hosts a list-serve for Information Technology staff to network and problem-solve.
- Line staff, those in other positions, and staff from non-member agencies are invited and encouraged to attend semi-annual training conferences.
