This workshop explores the healing power of laughter and its positive effects on mind and body. Laughter is a form of deep breathing, which oxygenates brain and promotes sustained mental and physical health. Laughter can significantly improve one’s emotional wellbeing, quality of life and create increased stress resiliency. Anna Lubarov, IDT, will demonstrate how laughter can be a useful tool in stress management.
This workshop incorporates Anna’s personal account of how laughter helped her combat severe depression, PTS and anxiety.
