Improving Telehealth Engagement - Turning Telehealth into Hell-a Health

This is a two-part training.  Develop and enhance your ability to engage via telehealth! This training will teach front-line providers skill sets and tips drawn from Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care and Harm Reduction designed to establish rapport and a compassionate connection.  Whenever the pandemic ends, it's clear that telehealth will continue to be an important tool in the provider's tool-kit. What lessons have been learned during these challenging times? Will the virus inspire us?

These trainings will be recorded.  Registered attendees will have access to them for three months.
