DMHAS, in partnership with the California Association of Social Rehabilitation Agencies (CASRA), is presenting a learning series specifically for our Social Rehabilitation programs! This series is designed to help our Social Rehab programs build bridges to support those we serve in moving from the isolation and challenges associated with co-occurring issues to a life of meaning and purpose as part of their community.

The series is being presented over 9 months, with the first training taking place this month, on March 26th.

Schedule for primary training series
The following workshops are 3 hours each and are scheduled on the fourth Wednesday of every month from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

March 26, 2025 - Overview of Recovery

April 23, 2025 - Psychosocial Rehabilitation

May 28, 2025 - Person Centered Language

June 25, 2025 - Active Listening

July 23, 2025 - Principle Guided Decision Making

August 27, 2025 - The Role of Culture in Recovery

September 24, 2025 - Building a Meaningful Life through Employment and Other Meaningful Roles

October 22, 2025 - Harm Reduction
